Project Description: The design and erection of a 150,000 ft² steel portal frame and cladded warehouse facility with an external concrete yard.
The works incorporated a large distribution warehouse incorporating a single storey office and amenity facility block (including toilets), and the installation of the mechanical and electrical fit out.
The project also comprises of the external works to form an external concrete yard area, access roads, paths, ramps, drainage and landscaping.
